Day 128. Still in Jinghong

Play with bike, trying to attach new front rack to replace the one that broke in Guizhou about 3 months ago. I repaired it "temporarily" with plastic zip-ties (the things American soldiers use as emergency handcuffs for foreigners with beards), and remarkably it is still holding together, which is a good thing because the new rack doesn't have long enough legs.

There is a fight in the restaurant opposite my room. Unusually, it gets quite serious and someone starts beating someone else with a spare table-leg. The police arrive and join in the fun.
